Dev Camp - Bangalore

DevCamp 2008 was my first unconference & I was pretty much excited to be a part of it ! (missed the BarCamp narrowly!). Getting done with my college review I rushed to Bangalore (accompanied by Varalu) to be on time (the alarming number of registrations being my primary concern - 600 or so). We lined up at ThoughtWorks by 9:30 am on where the preliminary registration got over & we got in. There was a reasonable crowd actually - 200 participants or so.
We got started at 10:00 after an introduction of all those who had planned to deliver talks. My greatest delight was on seeing Martin Fowler there, who though dint plan any talk (as he said : "This camp is for the bangaloreans, not for a Phirangi !"). It was a reasonably large list of sessions and we managed to attend some real cool ones among them.
